I called calm last night due to having felt really down over the last few months. Ive been depressed for reasons out of my control. After having to move home more than four times this year, the stress and anxiety got to me along with a shortage of work.
It was good to know that someone was prepared to listen and give advice. The adviser assured me that I was not the only person who was feeling like I do. She also suggested that exercise and attending a club or society would help me boost my moral. After the phone call was finished I felt that things could move on and that there was hope around the corner.
Big Thanks to CALM
