Officers & electro pioneer Gary Numan talk about their collaboration for CALM

York based band Officers have been enjoying a prestigious support slot for new wave overlord Gary Numan on his recent Machine Music UK tour and together they have recorded a collaborative track, Petals, with all profits going to CALM.  A dark, pulsing slice of electro rock, Petals was produced by the legendary Jagz Kooner (Manic Street Preachers, Primal Scream) and has been individually art worked by UK artist Stuart Semple.  Watch part 1 of Officers and Numan talking about the project and CALM (produced by Soundsphere Magazine/The Creative Condition):

Part 2 of the interview will be uploaded to http://www.youtube.com/Soundspheremagazine on Friday, July 6 at 1pm with the third and fourth instalments following on July 13 and 20 at the same time.
