Make some noise
Suicide – is there any problem at all?
There have been two stories fighting each other. There’s a report out demonstrating that the suicide rate in young men is at an all time low*. And yet we have an extraordinary spectacle now of 17 young suicides – mainly male - in Bridgend. How can both be true?
Rant
The suicide rate amongst young men is going down. Which is good news. The bad news is that it is STILL the second biggest killer of men aged 15-35. About 3 deaths a day.
Join us. Do a gig, a sponsored run or walk, help raise funds for the campaign. Give us some music – we’ll be launching the StrongNotSilent download music site soon. Or games – anything we can give others to download and keep us entertained.

Bullying
Bullying can happen anywhere and at any time. In fact, most people get bullied at some point or another in their life.
It's not just something that happens at school. It can be at home, at work, even somewhere like a football club. You might not even realise you're being bullied. You might just feel that people are picking on you, that you're the butt of their jokes and you're feeling down and worthless because of it.
