The CALM helpline will relaunch on 2nd March. Calls are free (from landlines), confidential and anonymous. Professions will be available to talk through problems, listen, and offer information and advice. Translation facilities are available on request and the minicom number is 0800 027 29 82.
We've places left for the London 10K. This is a brilliant route - around the sights of London. It's always a great event with plenty of crowds to cheer you on, lots to see en route, and just 10K, so you can walk, run, hop - the choice is yours. And great to do with mates.
