On Saturday evening, competitors run (or walk) 10km on a quirky checkpoint hunting quest lasting 3 hours. Open to anyone with a sense of humour and a pair of trainers. Hunt out adventure challenges set around the city centre ranging from the physical to the surreal. One minute you could be running through a busy street in search of a checkpoint, the next you could be trying your hand at parkour.

Established in 2004 the Urban Adventure has an excellent track record of safety, city permissions and participant testimonial. All teams and spectators can enjoy the adventure village with live music and stunt shows. Head to the Rat Race Adventure website for more information.
