This week’s episode is a kind of sequel to THIS

The baking metaphors are back, just in case you were missing them. I find baking macarons to be quite a good analogy for unemployment, internships and the rest of it. Here are some of my own experiences, manifested in macaron mishaps:

-You spend your time melting sugar and stirring it only to find that it crystallises on you.
-You accidently get a bit of yolk in your egg whites.
-Batter is too runny
-The macarons have cracks in them
-You end up just eating all the ganache while watching Gilmore Girls
