“For me, April is a time to panic – I’m not even close to sorting my life out (whatever that means), and I can’t think, due to the fact that my room is covered with dusty boxes filled with new years resolutions I haven’t gone through yet. I usually partake in a spot of cleaning to allay the panic, although it isn’t so much cleaning, but moving things around to make it seem like I’m doing something productive. The other day I organised my tea cupboard in order of what I drink throughout the day, starting with English Breakfast in the morning, Green in the afternoon and Camomile at night (with others in between). My life felt slightly more cleansed after this, so next week I’m going to rearrange my jams to see if that instills a sense of optimism within me.”
