The fifth day of January saw me stuffing my face with whatever looked vaguely anti-oxidising, such as watercress and raw ginger. I also had a few of those Haribo fried eggs because they provided the protein in my new balanced diet. This was all part of an attempt to adapt to the reality of 2015 and the fact that I would probably have to actually do things at some point. I think I’m getting there, one kale leaf at a time.
