Tell us about yourself and what you’ve been up to

My name is Shan. I’m a London based musician and artist working in music, film, modelling and marketing. Recently, I’ve been working on a new record titled SIGNALS which is out now, a very proud moment for me.


So why CALM?

I was introduced to CALM through a friend I worked with and explained what the charity stood for and how they help guys. I instantly knew that I’d had to be a part of this great cause after having close friends who have been affected by depression and (unfortunately) suicide. I’ve been a part of CALM as a music ambassador for nearly 3 years and haven’t looked back since. I’m currently working with CALM on a few projects for this year, celebrating its 10th anniversary, so hopefully you’ll be seeing/reading a lot more about me.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

Be willing to work for what you want in life and always do it with a smile.

What is your one ‘lifesaver’ track that is guaranteed to make you feel better when things get tough?

Rick James – Give It To Me Baby. An absolute jam.

What is your one rule for living life?

When you wake up each day, make sure you laugh. The rest of your day will be much brighter and better.
