FC Not Alone: a team we can all support

Student Matthew Legg had to defer his second year of uni because of depression. Being the great guy he is, Matthew decided to use his main passion, football to reach out to other people who might be struggling. The result? FC Not Alone.

FC Not Alone is a project that uses football to get people talking about mental health. With a strong desire to spread his message as far as possible, Founder Matthew Legg set his talented friends from branding agency, DailyBread a challenge: redesign the existing FC Not Alone logo and create a football shirt to raise awareness and funds for CALM.

Check out their film showing their journey towards a bangin’ new kit. Taff and Ian from DailyBread speak with CALM CEO Simon Gunning, ex-professional football player and boxer Leon McKenzie and five very brave individuals who disclose their battles with mental health – even throwing in a wild visit to the notorious Classic Football Shirts HQ.

Following the success of the FC Not Alone World Cup 2018. This summer, FC Not Alone will be holding four 7-a -side football tournaments on the same day, in four different locations. To do this, they need your help! If you’d be interested in volunteering to host your own FC Not Alone x CALM tournament, register your interest at fcnotalone.com.
