Feeling shit’s shit. Let’s help

Today – Friday 19 November – is International Men’s Day AND World Toilet Day*. It got us thinking… Why not combine the two and do something to make a splash?

So we came up with an idea: GET CALM MESSAGING INTO GENTS TOILETS ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

No, we’re not taking the piss. But we do need your help to do it – we’d love you to put up posters in men’s toilets (get permission, of course) or share our posts on socials and let everyone know that if they’re feeling shit that we’re here to help them, every single day. No matter what.

Why’s this important? Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this – by offering life-saving services, provoking national conversation, and bringing people together to reject living miserably.

So stand with us and help us let everyone know that if they’re struggling they don’t have to keep it in any longer – they can speak to CALM.

*Seriously. World Toilet Day does amazing things to inspire action to tackle the global sanitation crisis and make sure everyone has safe, clean, accessible and acceptable toilets.
