If you’re in need of support, our helpline and webchat is open to all and can be accessed 5pm to midnight every day, 365 days a year.

It can be difficult to know what to do if you’re worried that someone close to you is at risk of suicide. Our helpline is there for everyone, not only those in crisis, so you can call to find out more information on how you can help. You can also find support information on our worried about someone page, and our help section has information on particular issues.
