Smart Recovery

Smart Recovery (Self Management & Recovery Training) offers support and resources, both in-person and online, for individuals seeking recovery from addiction. They offer programmes that offer training and tools for addiction behaviours to drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, gambling, food, shopping, Internet and others. Programmes are guided by trained facilitators, using a mix of CBT and motivational tools. They also have programmes for Friends & Family of people suffering addiction & Veterans. They offer meetings, both online and in person, for people suffering addition and for friends and family.

UK Detox

UK Detox is an advice centre for addiction services, detox clinics and rehabilitation centres, to support fully throughout the rehabilitation process. Their representatives have all been through addiction treatment themselves and are active within the recovery community, offering an empathetic service. National Autistic Society

We're here to help the 700,000 autistic people in the UK and their families. Be it running specialist schools, campaigning for improved rights or training companies on being more autism-friendly, we are dedicated to transforming lives and changing attitudes.
