By joining the Lost Hours Walk, you’ll be joining hundreds of others, from Inverness to St Ives and everywhere in between, to challenge the stigma around suicide. We’ll be walking forward, united against struggling in silence, against being alone, and against living miserably.

The Lost Hours Walk is taking place across the UK this October.
Your Lost Hours Walk can be any distance and in any location. We suggest walking against suicide on October 29/30, as this is the day the clock goes back, but you can opt to take on your own Lost Hours Walk anytime during October.
Once you sign up for a Lost Hours Walk, you’ll be able to recruit friends and family to join you on your journey. And you’ll receive loads of information from us to help plan and prepare.
