After being diagnosed with Depression, Social Anxiety Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Ant found himself at a cross roads in his life. Being off work for the first time since leaving school he struggled to fill his day. Remembering how he used to enjoy writing, Ant started a blog to document his battle with depression. After a year he realised everyone he interacted with online, knew infinitely more about him than he knew about them and so to remedy this he set up Anterviews.
Anterviews is a weekly podcast where Ant talks to the people he follows on various social networking site about their lives, with the belief that everybody has a story to tell. Ordinary People, Extraordinary Stories.
His battle with mental illness continues and he wants to share his progress with CALM readers in the hope of getting more people talking about it.
