Introducing CALM's newest ambassador Zak Abel, a 25 year-old singer-songwriting sensation who’s worked with acts including Jonas Blue, Wretch 32, Avicci, Duke Dumont, Gorgon City, and now CALM.
Here’s what he had to say about joining the Movement Against Suicide:
“Supporting CALM is important to me. I'm genuinely really, really passionate about mental health because I've gone through battles myself. Luckily, I was able to come out of it the other side and I had an amazing support network around me which made that possible. However, some people don't have that. It's important to make sure that those people are looked after too”
As CALM’s newest signing, Zak shared some top advice on how music can get you through when times are tough, alongside an intimate, and pretty darn special, live performance of his track Unstable.
