Senior Operations Manager
CALM is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to support the team as the COO takes nine months maternity leave and to stay in a permanent role when they return in September 2020.
In our COO’s absence you will be responsible for day-to-day operational duties as well as delivering some specific projects. You are a leader with excellent operational abilities and have meticulous attention to detail, whilst you love process you don’t get bogged down in bureaucracy. You will work with, and ensure the smooth running of the Senior Leadership Team’s (SLT) priority projects.
Closing date: 12pm 26th September 2019. Interviews will take place on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th October 2019. The position starts on 4th November 2019.
Our ambition at CALM is to continue to develop and deliver award-winning, highly impactful, engaging communications. As one of our greatest assets in the fight to stop suicide, we have built a team capable of bravely communicating in a new way to a massively growing audience. The successful applicant will be a born do-er, with a thirst to organise, meet deadlines and solve problems.
We have set up an agency-like studio to enable us to produce a wide range of creative and communication work in-house. We’re looking for someone to manage this studio and some of the projects that sit within our busy marketing and communications team.
