You must have an active fundraising page for 5K a Day in May for CALM through Facebook or JustGiving.

You will be asked to provide your address for posting out the bundle.
Winners will be drawn using a random number generator.
If you win the prize draw but do not want to claim the bundle, please let us know and we will draw a replacement winner from those who meet the eligibility criteria.
