With 1 in 5 of us having suicidal thoughts, it’s more important than ever for us to get people talking, spread our message of hope, and let them know that if they’re feeling shit, we’re here to help, 365 days a year, no matter what.
This year’s International Men’s Day is dedicated to suicide prevention, a cause we can all get behind. It also happens to fall on World Toilet Day, so for the third year in a row, we thought we’d combine them and get CALM in every bog in the UK. A little message can go a long way, so print off a poster and paste it on your local pisser (sorry) - and help us spread the word.
You never know, it could save a life.
