That’s why we’ve teamed up with iconic clothing line Original Penguin to create a podcast series that brings together people from the world of sport and uncover their untold stories.

We’ll bring you powerful and surprising stories of overcoming adversity that you won’t have heard before and drive conversations that challenge the stigma surrounding mental health.

For our second episode our host Adam Smith and co-host (and CALM ambassador) Marvin Sordell are joined by former Arsenal and England player JackWilshere who opened up to us about his mental health battles, the highs and lows of football and what it is like to be without a club.
