Lost Hours Walk

The Lost Hours Walk is our chance to deal with grief differently and defiantly, and to remember our sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, partners and friends. 

Create your own 3, 13 miles, or 26 mile route, and walk with hundreds of others, from Inverness to St Ives and everywhere in between. We’re coming together from every corner of the UK to walk against struggling in silence, against being alone, and against living miserably. 

Wherever you are, and whether you’ve lost someone to suicide, struggled with your own mental wellbeing, or want to smash the silence around suicide in the UK, be part of it.  It’s time to Walk Against Suicide

125 people take their own lives every single week in the UK. We’re walking to send a message that that’s not OK. This October, join us as we walk forward, together against suicide with our communities, family and friends. We’ll help you plan your Lost Hours Walk in your community, recruit your team, and fundraise for our life-saving services.
