You can do your challenge over whatever timeframe you want, whether it's a day, a week, a month, or even a year, it's totally up to you.
Whether it's energy snacks and the right pair of running shoes, or a wetsuit to keep you warm for an outdoor swim, make sure you've got everything you need to take on your challenge.
