Fabio, or "Fabz" as he was known by his friends and family, was a light in our lives. His laughter could brighten any room, and his creativity knew no bounds. Fabz had a deep curiosity about the world and was always searching for the meaning of life, engaging in thoughtful conversations with anyone who would join him.
He had a passion for food and loved exploring new flavours and cuisines. His infectious, cheeky smile and playful nature made him the life of any gathering, and he was always trying out new dance moves that brought joy to everyone around him. Fabz had a unique way of making everyone feel special, and his gentle soul and generosity touched so many people.
In honouring Fabz’s memory, we recognize the importance of raising awareness about mental health and suicide. It’s essential to understand that by reaching out, listening, and talking openly about feelings, we can make a difference.
If you suspect someone is struggling, the most crucial step is to ask them if they feel suicidal. That question can open the door to a vital conversation, letting them know they are not alone and that help is available.
