My son Jayden never got to see his 22nd Birthday.
Jayden was a very full on type of person. His heart and soul was in dancing from a young age. Jayden excelled in dancing receiving a scholarship into a Dance academy for high school. Jayden also enjoyed playing football alongside his two older brothers.
I have many fond memories of Jayden. My most fond memory of Jayden was being with him the day he became a dad. Jayden became a dad at the age of 17 and was a very, very proud dad. Jayden doted on his daughter from the minute she was born.
Jayden was suffering after the loss of his older brother to suicide. We tried a lot to help Jayden to get through the loss, but he was hurting too much. We lost him too.
I am hoping that this campaign will help people to understand that speaking about issues is totally ok. Maybe if we had known ways to educate my son that it isn't weak to speak when we are suffering with issues that maybe things would be different.
