Fontaines D.C. have partnered with Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) for an intimate show at London's Roundhouse ahead of their world tour.
The gig will take place on Thursday 15th October, on the eve of the release of the band’s fifth studio album, Dopamine Chamber.
All net proceeds from the show will be donated to CALM, the UK's suicide prevention charity.
CALM work to support anyone struggling with life - and provide everyone with the tools to help prevent suicide. Their services include a suicide-prevention helpline, which runs from 5pm to midnight everyday and a free mental health app, CALMzone.
The Roundhouse gig continues the partnership between Fontaines D.C. and CALM, with the Irish rock band previously supporting the suicide prevention charity’s Lifelines campaign last year.
Simon Gunning, CEO of CALM, said: "Music is one of our most powerful tools in suicide prevention, and the shared experience of a live gig can be the reason someone chooses to Stay. What started with the incredible success of our Lifelines t-shirt collaboration has now become a unique shared experience for fans, and the money raised will undoubtedly save lives. We are unbelievably grateful to Fontaines D.C. for their continued support."
