Jack Manifold and Talia Mar are among the creators joining Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) as Ambassadors to raise awareness of mental health and suicide prevention support within their communities.
Ravs and Osie become the latest members of The Yogscast to join CALM, following Lewis Brindley and Harry Marshall.
Other creators joining as Ambassadors this month include: High Rollers DnD, Kirioth, Sam_Eklls and meg__h
The creators will fundraise for CALM’s services at creator-led fundraising event Jingle Jam 2025, including our life-saving helpline, and help promote CALM’s Creator Mental Health Toolkit. Last year, they raised nearly half a million for CALM at Jingle Jam.

Jack Manifold and Talia Mar are amongst several creators joining suicide prevention charity Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) as Ambassadors.
The new appointments celebrate and recognise the vital role creator and gaming communities play at CALM, both in terms of the charity’s fundraising capabilities and its ability to deliver support to the community. The creators will signpost CALM’s resources and guides and encourage conversations about mental health and suicide prevention within their communities.
Ravs and Osie will also become the latest members of long-running YouTubers The Yogscast to join CALM, joining Lewis Brindley and Harry Marshall as Ambassadors.
Earlier this year, The Yogscast worked with CALM to create and launch the Creators Mental Health toolkit - a guide with all the resources to help creators signpost and look out for their community.
High Rollers DnD, Kirioth, Sam_Eklls and meg__h will also be joining as Ambassadors.
Jack and Talia, both of whom have been directly affected by suicide, will once again fundraise as part of Jingle Jam in December - last year the team raised nearly half a million for CALM.
On joining CALM as an ambassador, Jack Manifold said: “It’s really shocking to learn that 1 in 4 people will have suicidal thoughts in their lifetime, and I want to be part of a team showing there’s a way forward if you are struggling. I’ve loved fundraising for CALM at Jingle Jam for the last few years, so it’s a real honour to join as an Ambassador and keep working to make suicide prevention an everyday conversation.”
Talia Mar added: “CALM’s work is unfortunately really, really close to my heart, so it means a lot to be joining as an Ambassador to help encourage conversations around suicide prevention. Suicide is the biggest killer of young women under 35, and men under 50. I think it’s so important that we talk about it because you never know who might be struggling. The creator community is such an incredibly supportive one, so I’m really proud that so many amazing creators are all coming together to make a difference.”
The announcement of a new wave of creators follows CALM’s first charity Steam event, in partnership with Curve Games, to mark World Suicide Prevention Day in September.
The Ambassadors will also be part of Jingle Jam 2025 this December, with fundraising efforts supporting CALM’s services, including its life-saving helpline. Staffed by trained professionals, CALM’s helpline is a unique interventionist service that helps people in suicidal crisis. It costs the charity £12.20 to fund each phone call, which is free to access for anyone who needs it.
CALM has also been working with the gaming and creator industry to create a Mental Health Toolkit for creators. The toolkit has resources creators need to signpost and look out for their community.
What’s clear is that these resources are more important than ever. Suicide rates in the UK are at their highest for more than 20 years*, with the Adult Psychiatric Morbidity Survey**, published in June 2025, reporting that suicidal thoughts have increased across the population since the last survey was published in 2014.
1 in 4 people now report having experienced suicidal thoughts in their lifetime, up from 1 in 5 ten years ago. These worrying increases are driven by younger people between the ages of 16-34 who report the highest rates of suicidal ideation**.
Unfortunately, this rise is matched by an increase in suicide attempts. Since 2000, the number of people claiming to have made a suicide attempt in the past year doubled, while 1 in 13 have now made a suicide attempt during their lifetime - around 3.6 million adults living in England*.
