Let’s be honest, we’re not all marathon runners. But that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the benefits a run can offer. We all know doing a few laps around the park can work wonders for your physical health – but it’s good for your head too. That’s why we’ve partnered with PUMA and want you to take on the PUMA X CALM Spark Change Run this Mental Health Awareness week. 

Running can spark so many things – from endorphins to creativity, confidence to social connections. Pounding the pavement for just 5 minutes can be enough to spark change in your day, your mood or your life, and with IRL running events offline until autumn(ish), the Spark Change Run is a great way to start running, jogging or a little-bit-of-both-ing.

So forget PBs and running a million miles, set yourself a challenge that sparks change. Choose when, where and how long you want to run, and create a run that works for you – all while supporting CALM’s life-saving services. £5 from every run will go towards helping CALM be there for whoever needs us, no matter what.

A challenge that sparks change

 

IRL running events are offline until autumn, but that doesn’t mean you can’t take on a challenge. Our partners at RunThrough have made it easy and simple to get that race day feeling – including a live leaderboard.

  • What: PUMA X CALM Spark Change Run
  • Distance: You choose – from a mile to a marathon it’s up to you
  • Where: Treadmill or country trail – you choose where
  • When: 10-16th May (Mental Health Awareness Week) 
  • How: Log your route using Run Through – our virtual event partner
  • Cost: £25 (including £5 donation to CALM).
