First you could play as CALM on FIFA. Now, after working with Codemasters on the legendary DIRT 5, you can now race in a CALM branded car. And it looks so good.
DIRT 5 allows you to conquer the most stunning routes in the world and drive an iconic roster of cars. And that roster includes a CALM branded car.
That’s right. As part of DIRT 5’s Update 2.00 (which recently launched on PC and PlayStation and follows later this week on Xbox), players receive a bespoke CALM liveried Porsche 924 Carrera GTS Rallye. Driving the message ‘Got Your Back, No Matter What’ the car is a reminder that there’s always someone out there ready to listen and offer help and advice. The Porsche 924 features in the Classic Rally class, racing against other great cars like the Lancia Stratos and Ford Mustang GT Fastback Rally. Just check this out:
At CALM we know that anyone can take a wrong turn. And that they’ll be scrapes along the way. That’s why we’re here every day. No matter what. And it’s why Codemasters were so passionate about getting involved with us and our work – to get that message out there.
“We’re proud to support CALM with this beautiful free livery, and we hope it reminds our racing community of the need to discuss mental health and that there is always someone available to listen,” says Robert Karp, DIRT 5 Development Director at Codemasters.
Codemasters are helping us take us to the next level in the world of gaming. We know it’s more important than ever to stay connected and keep in touch with our pals. And games provide a perfect opportunity to do just that – not only through the obvious route of playing them with friends, but also through the communities and online fanbases around them.
Excuse us, while we go and fire up our Porsche 924 and go for a spin…
If you want to get involved and game for CALM we’ve got loads of ways to get involved. This isn’t just gaming. This is next level. This is gaming for CALM.
