125 people take their own lives every week in the UK. We need to act now. When you do a Lost Hours Walk you’re taking steps to save lives.
This October, as the clocks go back, join hundreds of people across the country uniting against suicide. People walking to remember the brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, partners, and friends people we’ve lost. And people taking steps to smash the silence around suicide.
Every mile walked, and every pound raised is a step toward helping CALM answer life-saving calls from anyone struggling with life.
