CALM Helpline changes


We’ve made some changes to our helpline and webchat to make them better and easier to use.

We know things look a little different, but the helpline and webchat service you’re using is the same. Every call and chat is free, anonymous, and handled by our professional helpline team. You can find out more here.

We’re always looking for ways to improve how we do things to help more people and make our helpline better for you. The recent changes have been made based on feedback from users and our helpline team.
