How you can
support CALM

28,000 calls come into our helpline every month and with your help, we can answer more potentially life-saving calls. When it comes to doing something to support our vital services, you can do anything, big or small, against living miserably.

Drop a donation

The fastest way to support is by donating. It’s a simple way to take a stand against suicide and you don’t even have to lift a finger. 1 in 5 of us will have suicidal thoughts, but your donation could help us answer a potentially life-saving call to the helpline.

Take on a challenge

There’s loads of ways you can fundraise, from cycling to skydiving or scoring goals. Pull on a CALM tee and create your own challenge, or sign up to one of our events like Brighton Marathon or London Landmarks. We’ll be there to cheer you on from the sidelines.

Do something you love

Raising money for CALM doesn’t have to mean marathons or big meaty challenges. Throw your mates a party or host a pub quiz at your local. Use your hobby to raise life-saving cash and do something you love against living miserably.

Become a CALM Club

Got a crew of you who get together on the reg to do something you love? Whether you dabble in D&D or enjoy five-a-side every Friday, do whatever you do against suicide. Become a CALM Club and raise awareness about CALM so nobody needs to struggle alone.

Live stream. Save lives.

Get your mates together for a Mario Kart marathon, shave your head, or break your push-up PB - whatever you stream, unite your community against suicide. The CALM streaming hub is full of ideas to help you go live and stream something epic online.

Sign up to the CALM newsletter

Keep up to date with all things CALM by signing up to our monthly newsletter. You’ll hear about plenty of cool stuff going on, find useful and shareable ways to look after your head, learn how to support your mates and read chats with famous faces about mental health.
