Running is good for you. It can’t be denied. It’s good for your head and your body.

Really, running is for everyone. Running can heal. It gives the biggest highs and makes the lows more manageable.

What is the CALM Running Collective?

The CALM Running Collective brings people together around running. It’s a place for runners of every age, shape, and ability – we share training tips, encouragement, stories, failures and successes. It’s not about the fastest times, longest distances, or new gear – it’s about a shared passion and mission, using exercise to look after yourself, and each other.

If you join our Collective you get:

  • An online, real-time community of like-minded mates and mentors 
  • Q&As with Running Experts and Coaches 

Members of Running Collective support each other on their running journeys and celebrate the power of running for good physical and mental health.

The 900+ strong CALM Running Collective combines a Facebook group with IRL meetups. Our Collective share training tips, failures and successes, and support and inspire each other through the ups and downs. With friendly folk of all abilities and supportive mentors covering everything from diet to recovery.
