Run together. Run CALM.
Movement against suicide.

Some walk half the way, others are on their twentieth marathon. We run together.
It’s not seconds and miles, it’s connections made and obstacles overcome.
We’ve all been through shit. We run through shit too.
Because running gives the biggest highs and helps us take the lows in our stride.

The Big CALM London 10K Takeover

Almost 500 runners signed up! With live bands and DJs and thousands of cheering fans, it sometimes feels closer to a rave than a run. The 2019 event will be a sea of neon-orange CALM through Central London. 10k is the perfect starter distance. C’mon then…

Paul's story

Running can relieve stress, decrease anxiety, and help with symptoms of depression. Paul Plowman hated running, but was hoodwinked by his mates into the London Marathon to see if it might help his mental health. Spoiler: it did.

Upcoming CALM runs

20p out of every pound raised to fund our life-saving helpline comes from people running for CALM. This year we’re now averaging two suicides prevented every day. Last year we prevented 675 suicides and 65 lives were saved in January 2019 alone. A massive part of this is down to those who #RunCALM. Join the crew saving lives daily…
