This is Ben on Christmas Day with us at home. It was a wonderful day. He was such a kind, polite young man, with a smile that could melt hearts.
When we last spoke to him, we were making plans for a big family birthday party. He sounded happy and was sending links to songs - nothing seemed out of the ordinary at all.
