To all his friends, Jordan was a super cool, good looking dude, who had achieved so much and had everything to live for. No one foresaw his death to suicide in December 2019.
This photo, taken in October 2019, just weeks before his death, is me and him enjoying a meal in a Leeds bar, ahead of us attending a concert with one of our favourite bands, Hootie and the Blowfish. Jordan loved his music and as this photo shows, that day he didn't appear to have a care in the world. This is often how Jordan would appear to the outside world, never wanting to let his fears and concerns become a burden to others.
This powerful exhibition is a reminder to everyone that suicide does not have an obvious appearance. The only way you'll really know if someone is feeling suicidal is to ask them.
