Why we're doing it

A mate, a mum, a manager. Anyone can feel suicidal. In fact, 1 in 5 of us will have suicidal thoughts at some point in our lives. Huge, right? It’s more common than you think – and it’s what we’re here to tackle.

CALM is working with JAAQ to deliver more life-saving support to anyone needs it. You can access JAAQ’s platform 24-hours-a-day to find help on mental wellbeing.



Remember: you don’t have to have all the answers when someone is struggling. We’ve got you covered. CALM’s guide pages cover all sorts of issues. Use them to get clued up or share them to support people you know.
