You can take action by CALM-ifying your community. Unite everyone against suicide by encouraging all your followers to fundraise, spread the word about CALM and join our movement for ongoing support.
A mate, a mum, a manager. Anyone can feel suicidal. In fact, 1 in 5 of us will have suicidal thoughts at some point in our lives. Huge, right? It’s more common than you think – and it’s what we’re here to tackle.

CALM is working with JAAQ to deliver more life-saving support to anyone needs it. You can access JAAQ’s platform 24-hours-a-day to find help on mental wellbeing.
Our guide pages cover all sorts of issues. Use them to get clued up or share them to support people you know. Share them around every once in a while.
