Yes. Our helpline is for anyone affected by suicide or suicidal thoughts. Our professional helpline team is equipped to talk to people from every gender identity.

No. All calls to the helpline and livechat are confidential and anonymous. We will never ask for names or addresses.

Unfortunately, our webchat is only available for people in the UK. If you are outside of the UK, please use this list of international mental health charities to look up support in your country.
