We’re Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), and we're here for anyone struggling with life.

We’ve got loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline. It's open every day, offering free, anonymous support to anyone affected by suicide or suicidal thoughts.

Our helpline team are there for people who can't see a way forward, people who have lost someone to suicide, and people who are worried about their friends or loved ones. Chats are available over the phone, online and through WhatsApp and they're open to anyone, no matter of gender, background or sexuality.
