Man Mantras

So you may be wondering how I,  Anstey, a woman can being talking and writing about Man Mantras? Well I use mantras every day, I create power sentences to keep be strong. I create my own lyrics to repeat when I am feeling weak or emotional and I use them to push me forward towards my desires.

They work for me so I reckon they could work for you so I have created some mp3 recordings for you to download and play on repeat to get you inspired. And don’t worry you wont be listening to my female tones – I got some of the men in my life to record them for you.

What is a Man Mantra?
A Man Mantra is basically an Affirmation and an Affirmation is a declaration that something is true. To manifest our dreams into our reality and to change our emotional state we have to act like we already have what we desire. This brings a dream of a future desire into the NOW. Use daily affirmations to create this NOW energy. We may find it hard to believe our statement at first but through repetition our subconscious will start to believe and this is when the magic happens.

How do Man Mantras work?

Although we might not always be aware of it, nothing happens in our lives by chance. Our thoughts, beliefs, fears and emotions all act like a magnet to attract our circumstances.

Everything is energy and every thing including us gives of a vibration. By changing our thoughts and feelings we can change our vibration and thus change what we are attracting in our lives.

As my friend Aldo Raffa says, “if you don’t like the music change the beat”. If you currently don’t like your attractor factor you need to change the vibration of your magnet and you do this by repeating affirmations until you truly believe them in your heart and mind on a subconscious level.

Practice is important, and can be likened to doing exercise. If you work out several times a week, you build muscle strength and tone. Your body changes and you become physically fit. Affirmations enable you to keep your mind fit. Daily practice raises your vibration and gets your magnet in tiptop condition.

Over a period of time you can create healthy habits and beliefs. Every time you have a doubt, fear or negative worry, do not reinforce it by giving it more of your energy, replace the thought with a positive affirmation that is the direct opposite of your moan and groan. For instance if you keep worrying that you will be single forever you will be as the law of attraction always gives you what you think about most. So you need to replace your negative claims with the following ” I am experiencing a wonderful loving relationship now”. It is scientifically proven that you can only think one thought at a time so choose a positive one. There are so many universal laws that we can use to become the creator of our own destiny, the law of attraction is just one. I advise you to look them all up as they have empowered me so much and enabled me to change my own life in many ways.

I use Affirmations on a daily basis to keep me uplifted and to give an extra kick to my emotional focus. You may choose an Affirmation and repeat it until it becomes true or choose to change them daily for the tasks ahead.

Say them out loud, say them in your head, write them on your hand, and write them on your walls, the choice is yours. The most important thing is that you say them like they are real, you must feel them and believe them.

These are some of my favourites, use them as they are, choose the sections that resonate with you the most or change them to suit your own situation or speech style. Record your own and share them with us.

Ben Stroud and Richie Litchfield have kindly created audio versions of the below affirmations for you to download and use, or why not create your own by using your mobile phones voice memo application.

Man Mantras

  1. Very much like ‘The Secret’. The power of positive thinking really does work, I practice it also on a daily basis. It takes some doing at first, especially when something is really grating on you, or you have been let down. But yes, it does work.

I also find that being positive attracts people to you, accepting yourself is a very attractive quality. There is nothing worse than spending time with someone who really isnt being their self, someone is is hiding behind a front. It’s ok to vulnerable, it’s ok to make mistakes and it really is ok to be yourself.

The best people I know are honest and open about themselves, and it makes you feel good about yourself. If you look at the people that you prefer to spend your time with, I can bet they are the ones that are being themselves and through that make you feel good about yourself in their company. They are good to be around. When you’re ok with yourself, other people are better with you.

Positive thinking is very wise advice! so is a smile!
