James is a volunteer writer for CALM. He writes music articles, short fiction and person centered articles, articles about real men and their struggles to keep their heads above the taboo-saturated quagmire that is male mental health. He has worked with guys involved in his articles, teaming up to tell their own stories about their battles with depression and anxiety, men who are empowering themselves, making their first steps towards greater confidence in life and higher self-esteem.
